摘要: The objectives of this study were to optimize protease production from the nematophagous fungus Monacrosporium thaumasium (NF34a) and evaluate its larvicidal activity biological stability. An isolate was used produce enzyme. Plackett-Burman design in order scan which components culture medium could have a significant influence on by NF34a. vitro assay also performed It observed that only one component (yeast extract), at levels studied, had any effect (p < 0.05) production. There reduction 0.01) mean number larvae recovered treated groups, compared with control groups. results confirm previous reports efficiency fungi for controlling nematode are potentially zoonotic. Thus, given importance control, we suggest further studies should be conducted produced thaumasium.
