摘要: For the first time, specific activities of chitinases, esterases, lipases and a serine protease (VCP1) produced by different isolates nematophagous fungus Pochonia chlamydosporia were quantified compared. The grown for time periods in minimal liquid medium or media supplemented with 1 % chitin, 0.2 gelatin 2 olive oil. Enzyme-specific filtered culture supernatants using chromogenic p-nitrophenyl substrates (for esterases) p-nitroanilide substrate (to measure activity proteinase VCP1). Additionally, information on parasitic growth (nematode egg parasitism) saprotrophic (plant rhizosphere colonisation) was collected. Results showed that production extracellular enzymes influenced type (p < 0.05) which P. grown. Enzyme differed 0.05), significant differences found between 0.001) amounts 0.001). However, no relationships enzyme Kendall's coefficient concordance Spearman rank correlation coefficient. results provided new about suggested mechanisms regulate trophic switch this are complex dependent several factors.
