摘要: Solutions of 0.012% hydrazine sulfate, 0.001% 1,2-dimethylhydrazine dihydrochloride, and 0.5% isonicotinic acid were given continuously in the drinking water 9-, 7-, 5-week-old randomly bred Syrian golden hamsters for remainder their lifetime. The consumption sulfate was without any significant carcinogenic action, while dihydrochloride induced angiosarcomas blood vessels with incidences 89% females 82% males. In addition, it produced an appreciable number tumors cecum liver. These findings clearly show that effect is species dependent. Results also indicate various organotropic actions when administered by another route same could possibly be due to different metabolic pathways.
