摘要: Summary The various synthetic substituted hydrazines, which cause tumors in animals, are briefly enumerated. To date, 19 of them have proved to be tumorigenic animals. A number these chemicals found today the environment, industry, agriculture, and medicine, human population is exposed a certain degree some them. Hydrazine also occurs nature tobacco smoke. three other naturally occurring hydrazine compounds N -methyl- -formylhydrazine, wild edible mushroom, Gyromitra esculenta β- -[γ-l(+)-glutamyl]-4-hydroxymethylphenylhydrazine 4-hydroxymethylphenylhydrazine, commonly eaten cultivated Agaricus bisporus . Tumorigenesis studies with hydrazines progress.
