摘要: The sequences of the human chromosomes 21 and 22 indicate that there are approximately 770 well-characterized predicted genes. In this study, empirically derived maps identifying active areas RNA transcription on these have been constructed with use cytosolic polyadenylated obtained from 11 cell lines. Oligonucleotide arrays containing probes spaced average every 35 base pairs along were used. When compared sequence annotations available for chromosomes, it is noted as much an order magnitude more genomic transcribed than accounted by characterized exons.
