摘要: The domain structures of ceramics with the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) composition 0.68PFW?0.32PT were analysed in?situ by TEM as a function temperature from 16 to 300?K. A core?shell structure was detected at room temperature, in which core grains Ti rich and shell W respect bulk composition. At 16?K, macrodomain state is observed throughout volume grains, but >250?K domain-free formed around central that still exhibits strong wall strain contrast two-beam conditions. presence microstructure growth on cooling correlated appearance (h00)/(00l) peak splitting XRD traces decreases used interpret dielectric data.
