摘要: Segmental hepatectomy is appealing for several reasons including preservation of liver parenchyma, reduction intraoperative blood loss, and replacement by dividing tissues along the anatomic planes. A simple technique guided ultrasound described here using radio-frequency energy to create coagulative desiccation segmental or subsegmental arterial portal vessels. Thirty patients underwent a resection this without mortality with minor morbidity. This has major advantage being easy safe apply. We believe it potentially important role in both open laparoscopic surgery.
