摘要: A bland food supplement which can be used as a filler, extender, or protein binder in variety of products is made from water-extracted vegetable pulp such sugar beet pulp. The contacted with an aqueous bleaching solution selected the group consisting hydrogen peroxide, alkali metal ammonium persulfate, sulfur dioxide, sodium hydrosulfite, chlorite, hypochlorite, chlorine, chlorine dioxide and combinations thereof. bleached separated solution, then dried to obtain stable, free-flowing, comprising about 4% 8% by weight water, 7% 9% crude protein, 15% 25% fiber, 60% 70% nitrogen-free extracts, 2.5% 5% ash.
