摘要: We have obtained red-wavelength spectroscopy and Johnson B V differential photoelectric photometry of the eclipsing binary VV Crv = HR 4821. The system is secondary common proper motion double star ADS 8627, which has a separation 5.''2. an orbital period 3.144536 days low but non-zero eccentricity 0.085. With Wilson-Devinney program we determined simultaneous solution our spectroscopic photometric observations. Those elements produce masses M {sub 1} 1.978 ± 0.010 ☉} 2} 1.513 0.008 ☉}, radii R 3.375 1.650 for primary secondary, respectively. effective temperatures two components are 6500 K (fixed) 6638 K, so call more massive cooler larger component. A comparison with evolutionary tracks indicates that metal rich [Fe/H] 0.3, age 1.2 Gyr. near end its main-sequence lifetime rotatingmore » significantly faster than pseudosynchronous velocity. still well ensconced on main sequence rotating slowly rate.« less
