摘要: The mechanisms by which HCV escapes the host immune response and gains entry into target cells are still largely unknown, although new methods in molecular virology greatly contributing to advancement of knowledge this field. Model systems for study cell include HCV-like particles, pseudoparticles, cell-culture-produced HCV, tupaia animal model. Following identification tetraspanin CD81 with use recombinant E2 glycoprotein, additional cell-surface molecules have been shown play a role as viral receptors on cells, namely scavenger receptor (SR) BI, tight-junction proteins such claudin-1 occludin, glycosaminoglycans, two membrane C-type lectin family. It is possible that different circulating forms activate pathways entry. Nevertheless, lipoproteins and, particular, LDL essential virus In initial step, ApoB-associated bound internalized through interplay virus-associated VLDL SR-BI, possibly implies involvement glycosaminoglycans. next binds SR-BI/CD81 complex transferred proteins. clathrin-mediated endocytosis, initiates fusion releases its RNA genome cytosol. Further clarification biomolecular underlying cellular will hopefully result novel therapeutic compounds selectively
