摘要: Cohesin is an evolutionarily conserved large ring-like multi-subunit protein structure that can encircle DNA. affects many processes occur on chromosomes such as segregation, DNA replication, double-strand break repair, condensation, chromosome organization, and gene expression. Mutations in the genes encode cohesin its regulators cause human developmental disorders cancer. Several mouse models have been established with aim of understanding mediated are disrupted these diseases. Mouse support idea essential for cell division, but partial loss function alter expression, replication gametogenesis, nuclear organization.
