摘要: Abstract This paper describes the preparation of a new chiral building block containing benzylic quaternary stereogenic center via highly enantioselective PLE-mediated hydrolysis dimethyl 2-(2-chloro-5-methoxyphenyl)-2-methylmalonate, as well absolute configuration block, which has been elucidated through formal total synthesis (−)-physostigmine.
