摘要: Hep-G2 cells, incubated with L-[35S]methionine, incorporate radioactivity into fibrinogen and several fibrinogen-related compounds. Pulse-chase experiments indicate that of these compounds are precursors the cells contain intracellular pools A alpha gamma chains which participate in assembly fibrinogen. The rate synthesis three component is unequal B beta chain being less than chains. sequence events lead to was deduced by determining appearance radioactive each at various times during a pulse-chase incubation. Fibrinogen commences while nascent incomplete attached polysomes. Preformed chains, drawn from pool, combine independently growing On completion newly formed beta-A beta-gamma complexes released polysomes enter luminal space endoplasmic reticulum. Later other added ordered disulfide interaction, leading eventual formation dimeric
