摘要: Abstract Electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) and Raman scattering were used to characterize twins Te particles in CdMnTe crystals grown by the vertical Bridgman method. The size, concentration phase structure of particles, as well orientation studied. {111} decorated with identified low high magnitude EBSD mapping. Three type crystal phases observed, including hexagonal, monoclinic high-pressure rhombohedral phase. Most preferentially oriented {110}CdMnTe//{ 11 2 ¯ 0 }Te. A1 (Te) E modes spectroscopy found red-shift than single due tensile stress effect.
