摘要: The recent advances in molecular biology and genetics, as well the progress of vitro techniques, have provided a more coherent image thymic function on level. But they shifted attention away from studies cellular level, which are necessary to clarify biological roles different cell types microenvironment. structure normal thymus depend mutual interactions between thymocytes nonlymphocyte cells. In this review detailed description morphological phenotypic features both maturing cells is given. genetic biochemical data presented conjunction with cytological results enlighten cell-cell during thymopoiesis organization microstructure. Special emphasis put experimental approaches, may be used study vivo.
