摘要: Thymic epithelial cells, which constitute a major component of the thymic microenvironment, provide crucial signal for intrathymic T cell development and selection. Neuroimmune networks in microenvironment are thought to be involved regulation development. NGF is increasingly recognized as potent immunomodulator, promoting "cross-talk" between various types immune system cells. The present study clearly shows that stimulates mouse activities vitro including proliferation, thymocyte adhesion expression molecules such ICAM-1 VCAM-1, thymopoietic factors IL-7, GM-CSF, SDF-1, TARC TECK. Thus, our data considerable clinical importance showing trophic activity could used enhance thymus regeneration develop methods improve host immunity when function depressed due involution.
