摘要: Abstract This paper presents a new method for transmission expansion planning in which the utility loss revenue and customer outage cost resulting from service outages are incorporated. A algorithm based on total probability formula is developed evaluating expected value of demand not served (EDNS) energy (EENS). These reliability indices employed to determine curve. The system curve obtained by using maximum design algorithm. optimal level plan determined minimizing sum investment cost, revenue, cost. An example presented illustration proposed method.
