摘要: Abstract A new method based on statistical simulation for production costing, reliability evaluation and transmission expansion planning of electric power systems is developed. This considers apparatus outage probabilities load forecast uncertainties. Random numbers are generated, according to appropriate laws, simulate the state demand bus loads. Through successive applications minimum cost-maximum flow algorithm, it capable handling economic dispatch problem embodied in procedures. An algorithm introduced, which selects element with highest full ratio ( FLR ) capacity addition. generates, as a byproduct, expected pattern valuable system planner. Application demonstrated using IEEE five-bus test system.
