摘要: The present study was designed to examine effects of Sinomenine (SM) on glioma cells growth in vivo and vitro. Cells apoptosis were detected by MTT assay, TUNEL assay flow cytometric analysis. In the study, SM treatment led inhibition a series cell lines, including U87, U373, U251, Hs683 T98G. prevented U87 nude mice as well. Inhibitory proliferation vitro more effective than that temozolomide (TMZ), has synergistic with TMZ therapy. induced apoptotic death via activation caspase-3, caspase-8 caspase-9, down-regulation HIAP, Bcl-2 survivin. Moreover, we observed decreased expression phosphorylated STAT3 (p-STAT3) both Interestingly, using specific activator STAT3, demonstrated overexpression p-STAT3 impaired, mediated induction cells. summary, our results indicate suppression human through inhibiting phosphorylation STAT3.
