摘要: Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM) is an aggressive brain tumor (WHO grade 4 astrocytoma) with unknown causes and associated a reduced life expectancy. The available treatment options namely radiotherapy, surgery chemotherapy have failed to improve Out of the various therapeutic approaches, epigenetic therapy one most studied. Epigenetic involved in effective GBM by inhibiting DNA methyltransferase, histone deacetylation non-coding RNA. It also promotes expression suppressor gene suppression oncogene. Various targets are being studied implement proper regulation control effectively. Zinc micronutrients which considered maintain promoting folding, protecting genetic material from oxidative damage controlling enzyme activation regulation. Here, we discussing importance zinc regulating modifications assessing its role glioblastoma research. discussion highlights artificial intelligence using epigenetics for envisaging glioma progression, diagnosis management.
