摘要: The aim of the present study was to detect complex genetic alterations in colorectal carcinomas with and without microsatellite instability (MIN) by comparative genomic situ hybridization. MIN due replication errors is hallmark hereditary nonpolyposis colon cancer. None 6 MIN-positive tumors showed amplifications, only 2 displayed deletions one chromosomal segment each. In contrast, different gains losses were observed 11 12 MIN-negative carcinomas. most frequent affected chromosomes 7, 13, 20q, whereas on 17, 18, 9p. These results demonstrate mechanisms subgroups may, therefore, support hypothesis etiologies MIN.
