摘要: L’hybridation genomique comparee (HGC) est une technique developpee recemment qui permet, en seule analyse, la detection d’aberrations genetiques pour totalite du genome de tumeur sans necessiter culture cellulaire; elle peut s’appliquer a materiel conserve archive. Elle procure vision globale gain ou perte d’ADN dans comparaison l’ADN controle. Les pertes peuvent correspondre des genes suppresseurs tumeurs connus non et les gains l’amplification d’oncogenes, uns autres impliques pathogenese cancer colorectal. Au cours cette procedure, test obtenu partir d’echantillons marque avec un fluorochrome vert melange controle rouge cellules contenu chromosomique diploide normal. Cette mixture hybridee preparations metaphasiques normales. sequences controle, rentrent competition lors l’appariement, reconnue grâce aux differents fluorochromes. Le ratio fluorescence verte par rapport chaque region chromosomique, analyse d’image digitale, mesure sous-ou sur-representation genetique etudiee.
