摘要: Corticobasal degeneration (CBD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder resulting from pathological accumulation of tau protein and included in the spectrum Atypical Parkinsonism. The typical clinical phenotype CBD characterized by syndrome (CBS). In recent years it has become clear that picture CBS may be caused different conditions, frequent misdiagnosis. high morbidity poor prognosis with no effective therapies. this review, we will discuss symptomatic treatment, palliative care disease modifying strategies currently use. Symptomatic treatment patients sometimes useful for improving motor (parkinsonism, dystonia myoclonus) non-motor (cognitive-behavioral) symptoms, but effects are often unsatisfactory. addition, non-pharmacological integrating components multidisciplinary therapeutic approach CBD. Despite many efforts, disease-modifying still unavailable
