摘要: Introduction: We reviewed studies that assessed the treatment of psychiatric disturbances in Parkinson's disease and atypical parkinsonisms. Neuropsychiatric these conditions are frequent have a profound impact on quality life patients their caregivers. It is therefore important to be familiar with appropriate pharmacological non-pharmacological interventions for treating disorders. Areas covered: The authors searched papers English Pubmed using following keywords: disease, multiple system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy, corticobasal degeneration, Lewy body dementia, depression, apathy, anxiety, fatigue, sleep disorders, obsessive compulsive psychosis, hallucinations, delusions, impulse control Expert opinion: In depression may benefit from optimization dopaminergic therapy, use antidepressants acting both serotoninergic noradrenergic pathways cognitive behavioral therapy. Psychosis improve clozapine; serotonin inverse agonist pimavanserin has been shown effective. Treatment disorders primarily based removal dopamine agonists. No controlled investigated neuropsychiatric palsy or degeneration. Acethylcholinesterase inhibitors used treat hallucinations dementia.
