摘要: The sensitivity of three human fibroblast lines, trisomic with respect to chromosome 21, an anthracycline antibiotic carminomycin was compared that a normal line using 51Cr release assay. It found for intermediate concentration (10 microM) the fibroblasts, increased content Cu,Zn-superoxide dismutase lower. These results suggest role superoxide-mediated membrane damage in cytotoxic action antibiotics.
