摘要: The discovery of displaced narrow components (DNCs) in an increasingly large number stars various spectral types suggests that explanation these features may contribute significantly to understanding winds from all types. reported properties DNCs are summarized here with a view evaluating one particular scenario for DNC formation which involves corotating interaction regions (CIRs) the stellar wind. relevant CIR summarized, and extent support is discussed.
