摘要: Objective To investigate the association between osteoprotegerin (OPG), receptor activator of nuclear factor-kappaB (RANK), and RANK ligand (RANKL) gene polymorphisms circulating OPG, soluble RANKL (sRANKL) levels, bone mineral density (BMD) in Korean postmenopausal women. Design The OPG A163G, G209A, T245G, G1181C polymorphisms, C421T C575T rs12721445 rs2277438 were analyzed 385 Levels serum RANKL, osteocalcin, C-telopeptide type I collagen, parathyroid hormone, calcium, phosphorus BMD at lumbar spine femoral neck measured. Results T245G complete linkage. rs12711445 polymorphism not observed. An with was found only for polymorphism, women CC genotype significantly higher than GC or GG genotype, a C allele dose effect. In itself, related to BMD, but by combining genotypes became significant. No significant differences levels any biochemical marker among these found. Conclusions alone combination identified as genetic factor associated
