摘要: Results from recent Meat and Livestock Commission studies on fat partition distribution are reviewed, together with those other published work. Attention is drawn to the commercial importance of these characteristics fact that little known about their variability, in particular extent which influenced by environmental factors. Information available breed trials indicates there substantial genetic variation for all three species partitioning between depots, although less way a given weight subcutaneous or intermuscular distributed through carcass.
