摘要: Abstract The purposes of this study were (1) to examine intratester and intertester reliability measurement anterior posterior shoulder tightness in patients with stiff shoulders (SS), (2) assess construct validity by determining the relations between tightness, range motion (ROM), self-report measures functional limitation. Anterior measured two testers below-chest abduction cross-chest adduction tests an inclinometer, respectively, 16 SS. Both for measurements good (intratester ICC=0.84 0.91; ICC=0.82 0.89). limit intra-tester inter-tester agreement (mean, −0.3±4.4°) was acceptable as compared standard deviations (range, 6.2–7.4°). Significant relationships internal rotation ( R 2 = 0.448 , P 0.002 ), external 0.499 0.003 disabilities 0.432 0.006 ) found. correlations adduction, observed, indicating that rotations might be related stiffness. also revealed significant relationship adduction. Below-chest found provide reliable data. is supported among these measurements, ROM,
