摘要: Shoulder tightness may cause altered kinematics and lead to development of subacromial impingement, tendinitis, degenerative changes. In this investigation, the humeral head translations, scapular kinematics, scapulohumeral rhythm were determined with a three-dimensional electromagnetic tracking device during arm elevations in six subjects anterior shoulder posterior study effects anterior/posterior on kinematics. Subjects showed lower slopes curves glenohumeral elevation plotted against upward rotation (scapulohumeral rhythm, 0.11 0.32; p = 0.021) less tilt (2.9 7.5 degrees; 0.002) when compared group tightness. The was positioned posteriorly (2.2 3.4 mm; 0.004) more superiorly (3.8 7.0 < 0.0005) alternations between be relevant changes as seen stiff shoulders.
