摘要: Teicoplanin, teicoplanin aglycon, and methylated aglycon chiral stationary phases (CSPs) have been compared on the basis of regression coefficients calculated from linear free energy relationship (LFER) equation. The parameters obtained measurements a set 34 structurally diverse solutes. Influence mobile phase composition - variation methanol (MeOH) content participation different interactions types in retention mechanism has evaluated. Retention various interaction forces analytes differs with both CSP composition. Hydrophobic play major role for high buffer contents. more hydrophobic CSP, important are they mechanism. With increase MeOH contents is shifted to polar which basicity dipolarity/polarizability dominate. Although LFER model does not address aspects, we attempted explore importance individual discrimination amino acids their N-tert-butyloxycarbonyl derivatives.
