摘要: A heat shock element is located in the 5'-flanking region of rat heme oxygenase gene (HO gene). The incubation glioma cells at 42 degrees C or with hemin 37 increased levels mRNA within 1 h and produced a maximum 3 (at least 20-fold increase). In both treatments, activity started to increase after lag period about reached value 5 h. There was an apparent additive effect treatments on induction. Studies actinomycin D cycloheximide suggested that acted transcriptional level induce oxygenase. Therefore, we analyzed transient expression chimeric fusion genes harboring promoter HO ligated Escherichia coli gpt K1735 mouse amelanotic melanoma cells. bearing conferred inducibility RNA production cell lines; however, treatment did not RNA. These results indicate protein induces through different mechanism from shock.
