摘要: An 11-year-old castrated male rabbit presented with a subcutaneous mass in the right hind limb. The comprised solid and myxoid areas. Solid areas were characterized by storiform or interlacing pattern of spindle cells, strap multinucleated giant cells round eccentrically located nuclei, whereas composed predominantly elongated fusiform hyperchromatic nuclei embedded Alcian Blue-positive stroma. Immunohistochemically, tumor both positive for desmin vimentin. Ultrastructurally, had abundant myofilaments electron dense Z-band structures. Based on these pathological findings, this case was diagnosed as rhabdomyosarcoma rabbit.
