摘要: Phospholipids are constituents of cell membranes. A main field investigation is the study mechanisms directing their synthesis and selected distribution in different membranes cell. However, it now widely appreciated that, together with a structural function, phospholipids have regulatory activity inside cell, within plasma membrane, as well outside (9). In natural position, modulate membrane-bound enzymes. Furthermore, operation synthetic pathways yields phospholipid derivatives behaving second messengers. Thus, found that phosphatidic acid (PA), produced during activation signalling mechanisms, from phosphorylation diacyl glycerol (DAG) or by action „f phospholipase D, may activate superoxide production neutrophils (2). Also, lysophosphatidylserine analogue bearing an ether group at sn-1 position glycerol, acts negative modulator interaction between steroids intracellular receptors (5). Within membrane serve substrate for receptor-dependent phospholipases involved transduction external stimuli into signals. Second messengers such DAG generated these reactions. Outside cells behave auto-pharmacological agents (autacoids, 6). For example, phosphatidylserine exposed to extracellular environment activates monocyte-macrophage system (30), exogenous PA translocated form (25), mouse mast (4) (PS) vesicles interact lymphocytes (20). The purpose this review outline unifying aspects actions phospholipids.
