摘要: In Part B we put phenomenological classical electrodynamics into such a form that the underlying physical facts are clearly visible. We recognize conservation of electric charge and magnetic flux two main experimentally well-founded axioms electrodynamics. To formulate them use exterior calculus because it is appropriate mathematical framework for handling fields integrals which—here flux—possess an invariant meaning.
