摘要: Atopic eczema (AE) is a challenge for modern medicine, because it prevalent, severely affects quality of life patients and their families, causes high socioeconomic costs. The pathogenesis AE complex. While initial studies suggested Th2 deviation as primary reason the disease, numerous addressed genetically predetermined impaired epidermal barrier leading cause in subgroup patients. Recently, immune changes beyond concept were defined AE, with role specialized dendritic cells well newly identified T helper cell subsets such Th17 Th22 cells. Furthermore, trigger factors are expanded classical allergens pollen or house dust mites to microbial products self-antigens. This review pieces together our current understanding abnormalities into mosaic AE.
