摘要: • Intravenous horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was administered to cynomolgus monkeys study chorioretinal diffusion in eyes with retinal detachment. In control eyes, HRP contained within the choriocapillaris and did not penetrate beyond Bruch's membrane. addition, confined blood vessels of sensory retina. detached diffused out through intercellular spaces pigment epithelium (RPE), where it blocked by zonulae occludentes. Occasionally found pinocytotic vesicles RPE. It also their endothelial cells. is concluded that blood-retinal barrier remains intact following long-term rhegmatogenous However, a slight alteration exists at eyes.
