摘要: In the mid-1980s a new, smokable form of cocaine, called crack, was introduced in United States. Soon thereafter, it became apparent that crack cocaine abuse serious and important public health concern. Over past several years, use has increasingly been associated with myriad immediate long-term adverse effects. During this same period, progressively moved away from experimentation recreational to chronic compulsive drug use.
