摘要: In this study, a new method was developed for the impurity profiling of illicit MDMA tablets. The extraction efficiency, linearity, repeatability and reproducibility were evaluated. Eighty two tablets coming from presumed unrelated large seizures in 2004 (n >500 tablets) analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) order to assess discrimination power method. latter found be practical, robust, relatively easy perform, highly discriminative yielding good chromatography. addition, some impurities detected identified. Their chemical structures spectra are reported.
