摘要: In this paper, we review different aspects of computer modeling and simulation lab-on-a-chip type bioanalytical devices, with special emphasis on cell sorting rare capture, such as circulating tumor cells (CTCs). We critically important fundamental concepts innovative applications in addition to detailed analysis by multiphysics approaches. Relevant essentials hydrodynamic, Newtonian, non-Newtonian rheological behavior, single multiphase models, together various force field-mediated flows are discussed respect sorting. Furthermore, provide a summary techniques used simulate electric magnetic field-based capture methods, electrophoresis magnetophoresis. Finally, present simulations practical help non-specialists understand the basic principles applications.
