摘要: When I considered research in my practice as a supervisor of teachers working inside juvenile correctional facility, sought ways to explore aspects personal experience. Heeding Reason's (1994) call for ‘critical subjectivity’ attending the ground on which one stands, suggest that it is possible, by craning neck or standing tiptoe, were, change positions, if not leave entirely.
