摘要: Abstract Autophagy in hepatic parenchymal cells of rats was induced by the intraperitoneal administration glucagon or subjecting animals to hypoxia. The early steps formation cytosegresome (autophagosome) envelope were studied electron microscope using enzyme markers for different cytomembranes. These observations supplemented with high resolution studies and measurements involved findings indicated that sheets triple-layered paired membranes, approx. 50 μ thick presumed enclose a cisternal space, wrapped around sequestrated areas cytoplasm destined autophagy. Histochemical evidence presence glucose 6-phosphatase inosine-diphosphatase within space obtained some these cytosegresomes. support notion wrapping membranes represent specialized endoplasmic reticulum. Loss continuity reticulum proper appeared be associated loss activity enveloping membranes. Quantitatively, this mode cytosegresomes seemed major pathway. Alternative mechanisms autophagosome discussed; it could not excluded such instances. Glucose showed persistent segregated as long surrounded membrane pair. contention double membrane-bound autophagosomes.
