摘要: The effects of formaldehyde and glutaraldehyde fixation, preparation frozen sections 50 μ thick, incubation in Gomori medium for acid phosphatase on the appearance parenchymal cells mouse liver proximal convoluted tubules rat kidney were studied by electron microscopy. Following these procedures very slight changes occurred glutaraldehyde-fixed tissues, whereas preservation tissue after fixation general was inferior. A number factors influencing results lead phosphate method as applied to microscopy discussed, a technique described permitting precise localization reproducible ultrastructural level. significance discussed relation presumed artifactual localizations limitations findings caused preparatory procedures, with special reference aldehyde.
