摘要: The anterior piriform cortex (APC) is essential for the anorectic reactions to an amino acid-imbalanced diet, and it also responds repletion of limiting acid. In present study, we examine dynamic changes interstitial dopamine metabolites in APC following feeding either acid-corrected or -imbalanced diet. Microdialysates, collected from APC, were analyzed using HPLC with electrochemical detection. concentrations 19.7 +/- 4.8 microg/L 3, 4-dyhydroxyphenylacetic acid 25.1 4.4 homovanillic acid, respectively, baseline dialysates. After diet treatments, no significant occurred corrected (n = 7) imbalanced 9) groups vs. basal group 7). However, after threonine-corrected concentration was significantly less (P < 0.01) than diets. level already lower by 20 min 0.05), reached its lowest at 70 0.05). remained this low until end experiment. results introduce idea that dopaminergic system involved responses repletion.
