摘要: The strength and integrity of the human skeleton depends on a delicate equilibrium between bone resorption by osteoclasts formation osteoblasts. This is continuously compromised variety genetic, humoral, mechanical alterations. In osteoporosis, this balance shifts in favor osteoclasts, exceeds formation. More detailed knowledge biology osteoclastogenesis has shown that involved procedures can provide opportunities for developing therapeutic agents. Osteoclastogenesis multi-complex procedure includes many stages, each one them presents as potential target intervention, except stage commitment pre-osteoclasts,at least time being. Because osteoclast derived from pluripotent hematopoietic stem cell, any intervention could result serious adverse effects system. On contrary, later stages differentiation, multi-nucleation, activation, proved to be very promising development novel potent anti-resorptive present review we summarized current related differentiation new targets pharmacological extremely complicated not completely elucidated process.
