摘要: The A549 cell line is a continuous derived from human adenocarcinoma of the lung. At low population density cells contain relatively few lamellar bodies, but in mature very confluent cultures bodies are abundant. these enriched for phosphatidylcholine and disaturated phosphatidylcholine. In cells, 45% newly synthesized disaturated. Stimulation with calcium ionophore A23187 produces exocytosis (46% disaturated). synthesizes, stores secretes phosphatidylcholine, thus has many important biological properties alveolar epithelial type II cell.
