摘要: Abstract BACKGROUND: This study aimed to determine the impact of acute exposure air pollution on hemodynamic parameters and physical fitness components in two groups healthy men differing (trained untrained) correlation between areas. METHODS: Thirty four college male students University Isfahan (18 low-fitness, mean age 20.44 ± 2.43 years 16 high-fitness, 22.19 2.07 years) participated this study. First, environments including high moderate concentrations ambient were determined basis environmental protection agency. Then, all participants performed a Canadian Aerobic Fitness Test (CAFT) maximal oxygen uptake (VO 2 max) sport sciences laboratory. Each participant also sub-maximal exercise tests polluted. The consisted three phases: phase A, non-polluted area (laboratory); B, much polluted area; C, area. All 3 completed within 1-week period interval phases. Maximal max), heart rate (MHR), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic (DBP), other anthropometric values measured at end test. Data analyzed using one-way analysis variance (ANOVA) with repeated measures correlation. RESULTS: At baseline, there no significant difference age, height, weight, (DBP); but body mass index (BMI), fat, resting (RHR) (SBP) was significantly lower subjects (F 1,32 = 10.96, P < 0.002, F 13.91, 0.001, 21.29, 13.72, respectively). Although, baseline MHR VO max higher high-fitness than low-fitness 10.07, 0.01, 74.23, For both physiological measurements after associated category (P 0.05). CONCLUSION: Although statistical significance found for number trained untrained subjects, we speculate that very small differences responses exercising urban regions, which are often contact pollution, little practical would not affect performance. Keywords: Air max, Systolic Diastolic pressure.
