摘要: Abstract The relationship between weight change and hypertension was examined among men women 25–64 years of age surveyed in the National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES-I). Any single measurement (current weight, at an earlier age, or difference these two weights) found to be a significant univariate predictor hypertension, with current being most predictive. Initial were not associated increased blood pressure, however, when controlling for weight. These results do distinguish risk adults overweight obesity long-standing vs that more recent onset.
