摘要: A baboon animal model has been developed to study the kinetics of platelets doubly labeled with 51-Cr, a cytoplasmic label, and diazotized 125-I-iodosulfanilic acid (D 125-ISA), which binds glycoprotein components platelet membrane. This was undertaken evaluate possible usefulness this extend primates previous observations D 125-ISA-labeled in rabbits. 125-ISA-platelet activity disappeared exponentially mean t12 0.90 days ± 0.11. Labeling 51-Cr-platelets 125-ISA resulted modest but significant reduction baseline 51-Cr-platelet survival time (from 5.5 0.2 4.7 0.4; p < 0.02). 51-Cr were not changed by administration aspirin-dipyridamole, sudoxicam, or high molecular weight dextran. These studies suggest that membrane are continually lost during circulation vivo, process is unaffected pharmacologic inhibition function.
