摘要: This paper is a continuation of Part I in which load models based on multi level (MLEF) approximation and continuously varying exposure factor (CVEF) representation were proposed. Their convolution with the generation system model was discussed relationships derived for availability frequency cumulative margin states. illustrates concepts proposed by discussing numerical results obtained using developed expressions. Unless stated otherwise, CVEF constant low has been used this as basic representation.
